Fifa 2004 Freeze

I have a big problem with FIFA 2004.
When I start the game, it freeze in the menus, not during gameplay, but before that.

I noticed that other people have the same problem to, but what can you do about it?

I'm playing the game on a notebook Acer Aspire 1350.
