fifa 2004 freeze on my pc

Hello everyone, I like so much fifa 2004, but when I´m playing it on my computer everytime freeze and I restart it always.

But when i play "nba2004" or "Enter the matrix" don´t, so what is my problem?

I have a AMD 2.6 G, 256 ram, GeForce4 64 Mb.

Sorry i'm a bit late but some lame asses wont reply so i will. Have you tryed reinstalling Fifa ?
