FIFA 2004 demo SUXXXXX!!!!!

all that i have to say is... **** FIFA!!!!!! every year i wait to see how the next version is going to be, and every year im got disapointed!!!

its always the same ****!! when i pass the ball to someone, the guy who is going to receive the ball is BLOCKED!!!! i cant move HIM!!!!! WTF!!!! i want to have 100% control of my players damn it!!! and sometimes they pass to the wrong way and that piss me off!!!! :f***:

another thing... there is no dribbles!!!!! we cant dribble!!!! WTF is going on man!!! its a soccer game!!!!

in the 2002 version someguy made a patch that improved a lot the ganeplay, and it was just a few KBs.... he just fixed that the players will not move automactly to the ball, you have to move him to get the ball, and then u had 100% control of your player!!!

the guys who make FIFA dont play soccer dude!!! **** u all!!! u guys should come here to brazil and take some lessons about soccer OK!!! i can teach YOU!!!! Maybe if u put some brazilian dudes to develop the game it gets better!!!! Brazil rox!!

Are you getting it for pc? are you using a controller or a keyboard?
Its easier using a controller. If you want the guy to move to the ball, select him and push sprint.

BTW someone already made a patch for pc.

I agree about the dribbling. Dribbling is a beautyfull and succesfull thing but there is none of it in Fifa 2004 demo.

UFFF that I can agree do suck

u can do skips as well as 360s....

alright there is one spin who is random and you manage to do it one in a million chances but still a spin is hell not enough! Shift+c?`?? WTF is that?? it´s not even dribbling it´s unnecesseary moves who doesn´t help much at all. you can´t get past a player with that walking mode. WTF Where is the speed. You can´t even do great fast passes between the deffense to a striker like in 2003 here the ball moves like a ****ing bullet. Man is this a joke? no dribbling??

Yep, I'm still updating 2002, I think I've got it playing pretty good. :)

I am enjoying fifa 2004 and try this:

when you pass the ball to your player, hold down the sprint button and run the player to the ball, it seems to work. :rockman:

I agree people, the demo is absolutely oants, i'm waiting to see how much of an improvemnt there is between now and releases

You are either playing with a piano or with a ****ty gamepad. Get yourself a good descent gamepad and play the damn game, give it a chance, also practice alot. I mean you can't master it if you have played it only few games. Dribbiling is very hard and you can't just dribble with your player, you will loose the ball to your opponent. Thats how it is in real life, you need to get good at it and control your player, don't just freaking sprint up :rolleyes:

I mean is that how it works in real soccer? Do you sprint like crazy on the pitch? No, hide the ball by changing directions and pass the ball to a player thats open and let him do the dribbling. When I first started playing this game, I couldn't cross, forget about crossing I couldn't even dribble the ball through the wing, now I m doing all that and I've also scored a header from a cross.

The final game will tell me all about this fifa 2004. I want to see if the CPU will also play through the wings by changing their game tactics. I think the game is not fully released for the demo. I mean the CPU barely attackes from the wings, that option is not there. We will know, another 20 days more to go.

yes it works...and in the loose balls...keep the sprint button pushed...and the player will go after the ball.. in 2003 there were times when we coudlnt get a loose ball because it was simply dificult. When you pas a ball,,you can move to the ball with the receiver...
