The official site that has brand new things for the game is not uploaded yet.And http://fifa2003.europe.ea.com/ is just an other small page like the us one!!!

when you try to go to the site it also says: www.FIFA2003.ea.com

nah i don't think so... try http://fifa2002.europe.ea.com and see... it's the official site for FIFA 2002, only skipping the 'select mirror' page found @ http://fifa2002.ea.com .
