Fifa 2000 with Gravis keyset manager

I use a Gravis Gamepad Pro and the keyset manager that comes with their Experience-gamepad to play all of the Fifa-series.
The keyset manager gives you the opportunity to assign keystrokes to your gamepad so that the controls for all the football games you play can be more or less the same. However, the keyset manager doesn't seem to work with Fifa 2000 and FAPLS 99. Can someone help me out here?
