Those that you mentioned are exactly the same as the versions that we already have from the Xbox 360 versions of 14, 15, 16 and 17.

I have FIFA 19 on PS4 and on the Nintendo Switch and the faces and hairs look practically the same as the ones that've been converted to 14.
Just look at Miroslav Klose and you can see that it's the same as his Euro 2012 scan.

Klose, Ballack, etc are perfect scans in fifa 14.
Some other players like Roberto Carlos or Scholes have been previously converted with faulty neck or huge head

still think they're the same?

Yep, for Ballack EA actually created a new custom face instead of using his scanned version they already had.


TBH, I never really noticed any neck or head issues with some of the converted players I used.
