As I've mentioned multiple times. I can only convert FIFA 20 faces to FIFA 16 if you get the head.fbx files and the texture. You have to ask the facemaker directly for tho those files

Those fbmod files are encrypted, so it's impossible to do anything with them,

Hi man, it seems I'm the only working on faces for FIFA 16 at the moment. I checked those files before and models ar enot any good, they look weird in game to me.
