FIFA 18 Career Mode Patch (Frosty Mod)

Hello.

My problem is that the game starts but no changes come to light. The whole forum contributions are all so complex could you please tell me directly what I should do. I use FMM 1.0.3.1 and start with administrator rights. The mod is applied and I have no idea what is wrong.

I am pretty close to releasing the new patch but does anyone know how to remove or change the potential cap so that player growth depends on match rating and match time? For some reason, my changes no longer is working.

in playergrowth.ini below curve and above curve is used to grow player based on the potential cap? But what changes that so called potential cap?

I saw your mod used in a YouTube Video and i think it is amazing!

I have Fifa 17 and 18 but somehow the shooting in Fifa 18 is much more difficult or something like that in 17, so i actually still play 17 instead of 18.

And i would be so grateful if you could make this mod also for FIFA 17, especially this points:

  • Improved training for younger player with higher potential.

  • All player stats/abilities revealed.

  • Match sim is fixed and takes a team's overall into account more.

  • Improved transfer from smaller teams/players.

  • Improved chances of getting more offers for your player from another team.

  • Improved youth generation(fixed mental stats and work rate).

  • Youth player now starts from 14 years old.

  • Improved youth scouting. They are more randomized and realistic.

  • Improved player morale(fringe player should whine less not being selected every match).

  • Improved sacking so the board is more lenient.

  • You will be able to use 100% of your current budget on the next season.



  • Lowered the amount of goals from match sim a bit to keep it realistic.

  • Increased the max number of traits a player can have.

  • Increased max youth squad size to 24.

  • Improved player growth on match performance so that when younger player peforrms they grow faster.

  • Improved player growth on match performance so that when older players performs, they don't lose rating.

  • Reduced the chance for your player to reject contract from another team.

  • Fixed some ridiculous transfer from lower rated team. (Augero going to West Ham, Lewandowski going to West Borm, etc).

  • Improved Training a bit. Younger player growth and overall growth modifier.

  • Improved Player Growth rate from training and match performance.

  • Reduced the number of goals scored by the CPU a bit on match sim from the previous patch. (Some teams had 90+ GD after the end of the season so now that should be fixed).

  • Improved match sim goal scorer.

  • Improved lower league transfer frequency based on neccessity.

  • Improved player growth if they get a lot of match time.

  • More points for the board if you overachieve in the league.
  • Improved Player Growth System where older player that performs good doesn't drop in overall and young player that outperforms their potential will increase their potential. (Form > 8.0)
  • Removed scripted tournament/cup matches where smaller team will outperform bigger team.
  • Improved training for players on form and young players that have good potential where they will train and get better way faster than average players. So you could get players like Messi and Ronaldo caliber.
  • Improved youth player skills and traits so they are more varied.

Would be very nice of you.

I've had a problem with my FIFA 18 game and the Mod. I recently uninstalled it and installed the game again and hoped it will work again, but it failed again. I can run my Game through the Frosty Mod Launcher and everything works until the fifaconfig.exe is opening. Then opens my Origin Launcher and i have to start the Game through that. So the Mod isn't applied and I can't get my 99 Squad Challenge further ^^.

I hope you can help me :).

Is there any information about the new version?
Will it be called 2.1? Some new changes? Compatible with the newest version?
I love the idea of the mod btw. It's like if EA would have done what people really need!

* Always carry over the same budget next season
* Better realistic and varied job offers.
* Job offer is based on your league performance as well as how long you were in the club.
* Increased chance of accepted loan offers.
* Less chance of loan offers failing.
* Better personal decision to look for a new club in transfer. If they are in good form/morale the CPU won't sell them all the time.
* Better Manager AI. CPU will always choose the strongest and the best team against you regardless of other non-important factors.
* More waiting time before CPU retracts an offer as well as wait for player to make a decision. Less failed transfer
* Playergrowth is more depended on form and match rating and will grow above player cap if trained well.
* Playergrowth have more realistic curve so it's more gradual or exponent based on match rating. Pretty realistic.
* Improved player growth curetable for older players. If they perform well, they maintain their stats however if not, they lose it. Same with players that have already reached potential.
* Improved seller acceptance to be less strict and more fluid and dynamic based on manager.
* Training now does not take account of a player's potential. Player training will take account of player form and morale now. So you can grow a player more than their potential now.
* Huge changes to transfers now allows every team to be active on the transfer market allowing lesser teams to sign players they need and world class players less interested in moving to a different team if they have high morale.
* 10x more transfers. Similar to real life.
* Teams now look at their squad and make the proper transfer. No more man utd singing 10 strikers.
* Teams also replace players they sold more cleverly.
* CPU team grows and plays player that have potential. And will then sell them for high price.
* If a player thinks he is better than the team he is playing, he will request to leave.
* Older players will sign for clubs that offer high contract.
