Nice banners for Portugal! I hope you guys don't mind but as a Portuguese speaker, the correct form would be "Seleção Feminina" instead of "Feminino Seleção", since "Seleção" is a feminine word. And the adjective should come after the subject (Seleção). 
The reason the FPF site uses Feminino Seleção A is because they are gathering the subcategories Feminino (with "o" because it is implied the word feminino is referring the word "time" (team in Portuguese) which is a masculine word) > Seleção A (First Team or A Team - so the "A" isn't really necessary in the banner, since the supporters don't make specific banners to first team or youth teams imo)
