I fixed problems thanks to arianos For lights, you must to make maps names like map0(diffuse) and map1(ambient), and you must to be carefull for diffuse texture and ambient texture sequence on texture area. First slot diffuse, second slot ambient.
For crowds, Firstly you must to check transform values. If your location and rotation values is not zero, you must to make apply > location and apply > rotation. After that in edit mode; Mesh > Normals > Flip Normals. And when you export the crowds, you must to be in object mode. Thats it

first of all. Pay attention to 2 things
When you export anything, you should ALWAYS be in Object Mode
Secondly, on crowds, when you see something like this --- this is wrong. You have to apply rotation and location.
