FIFA 15 Ultimate Team PS3 To PS4 Carryover Help

I purchased Fifa 15 Ultimate team edition on PS3 and i am looking to buy a PS4 with Fifa 15.

Obviously i get up to 40 FUT 15 Gold Packs over 40 weeks, now my question is when i start playing Fifa 15 on PS4, will i need to buy an ultimate edition or a normal version because when the carryover happens will it carry on from the PS3 version as in i will still get my gold packs if i just buy a normal fifa 15 on PS4?
