About the job offers, you may need to edit internationals.txt:

[LEAGUE_RANKINGS]
13,1,2,3,4,7 // EPL
..

How higher a league is listed under LEAGUE_RANKINGS, the higher the change of an (good) international job offer.

There are also more lines in that file, that may be interesting (e.g. [MANAGER_PERFORMANCE_TABLE]). But so far I'd haven't playing around with the values.
Also joboffer.ini may need to be edited, but I believe this is only for club offers.

I dont know to do,its confusing..can you give me the exact values which i should enter to get higher international offer?
And It would be more interesting if the board sacks the manager if the manager has a trophyless season or missed the league title. is it possible?

Sigh.. Tried the latest stable version v10 final, and I'm still finding the same bugs when buying players 'This player is unavailable as he has just transferred here' (Yet he's been at the club for two years..) And then he gets sold to another club. It basically makes career mode unplayable.. It halves the amount of players that can be purchased and makes transfers beyond unrealistic.

I can handle the bug regarding ending contract prices (Where the length of the contract has no impact on the players market value when submitted a transfer), but this other bug is a game breaker..

Any solution Beta? Please make this number one priority for future fixes Beta, beyond this your mod is almost finished, and I don't see what else needs improving? But yeah, this is really a game breaker... Solve this and possibly the contract length pricing issues and the game is complete in my eyes!

To add, I really appreciate the work you put into these mods. I can't imagine how time consuming it is, and if I had knowledge in this area I would assist you as much as possible, but I'm afraid I'm quite useless in this regard lol! Thanks again mate.

Edit: One more thing I noticed. Started a new career, went to buy Andy Carroll, and it said 'he is the leading both goals scored and assists so you will have to pay a little more" - Ha ha no games had even been played at that point, and it was a brand new career mode.

Edit2: Tried the unstable version 11 - Same problem exists 'this player has moved recently'

About the leading assists/goal scored, this should be defined in transferteamdescision.ini:

Sorry, not the time for this now. There are also better transfer modders out their, usually they release new squad updates in the summer.

I've got this question a lot now, so to be clear: yes, it does work with MW.
You just need to do a manual install. I've seen a few members here give instructions howto, I don't support MW.

Another member found out the fix, but can't find his post atm.
Will try to release a new version shortly that fixes the issue.

@beta990 Players with less than a year in contract cannot be bought for less amount,the club is asking the orginal value for him.. Can you fix this? and the fix for player recently moved solved the problem.. and the ban for red card to 3 games is not working even after changing the values.. Could you please sort it out?

Found a bit of time to release V11:
- Fixed the out-of-contract issue (credits Mehraz)
- Improved transfer-market/scouting
- Updated leagues with promoted/relegated teams (England, Spain, French, Spain & Italian)
- Added Depay as transfer to Man Utd (Experimental Database)
.. and more stuff I can't remember. :P

Would be nice if you could post your feedback.

Remember the experimental database is still unstable, but it should be better now.
It would be great if you give suggestions for transfer movements (like Depay), but can't promise I will do all teams.
