FIFA 15 Better Career Patch

First of all. Thanks a lot beta, you really made FIFA 15 playable for me. Especially I like your gameplay, although it is really hard for me.

Unfortunately I have e big problem with your freekicks and corners. The corners of the cpu are much to short or much too long. If I choose a player to receive my corner or freekick I have the same problem. Also I cannot choose my freekick- or cornerplayer ingame.

I had installed v2.0 RC1 and now the final version from today. No other mods installed.

Have other guys the same problem or anyone a solution?

Sorry, think I made a mistake somewhere.

Could you try this, open the file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 15\install.ini

Remove the following lines:

DISABLE_SET_PLAY_CAMERAS=1
AI_ENABLE_STAR_SETPLAY_PLAYERS=1 
ENABLE_TM=1
ENABLE_TIME_INTERVAL_FOR_REACTIONS=0

Is it better now? I haven't tested on all games, but I think one of these lines is the problem.

It is only compatible if you don't install my gameplay mod. Just use paul's for Gameplay and my mod (without gameplay) for career.

indeed, just keep the default.
Or if you have already overwritten install.ini:
1. Delete install.ini
2. In Origin, choose for Repair/Update
3. Install my mod (without GP-patch) and then install paul's one.

The Gameplay patch still needs a little bit of tweaking, hope to improve this in the next version (3.0).
The install.ini + game sliders are the ones I use daily.
But still have the following issues:
- Corners are not always correct (50/50)
- Passing could be better
- etc.
But defending/GK are good so far.

About the TRANSFER.. they are not the problem.

Noop, because this basically says, when are players happy.

What you could try:

[MORALE_LEVELS]
VERY_HIGH=0 // Because 0 and higher, means Very High morale
HIGH=-100
NORMAL=-100
LOW=-100 
VERY_LOW=-100

But this is cheating, so I'm not going to change these values. :P

But now I recognized that strong/hard passes from the cpu often fail and that the player are much less tired.

Already tried increasing it, but it is hardcoded unfortunately. As you can see on the fifadb.xml file, all the numbers for *season* are increased, but still it stops when reaching 15th season.

Hope we find a solution, but I think it cannot be overwritten. Haven't tried with Cheat Engine or some sort. The string seems not to do anything:

Is there a way to make defense radius higher? I had to switch to tactical defending because on legacy defending, if you press someone, they can easily get pass you cause the defenders wouldn't automatically tackle for the ball. It's really frustrating cause I preferred the legacy defending over tactical.

Edit: I found an issue with through pass. It's sometimes too hard even if you just tap it slightly. I cannot make a successfully through pass because of that.

You can only sign players aged 23 and above on pre-contracts.

Love your patch! Quick question, what do I need to edit in order to decrease the asked priced for players whose contracts are almost expired? I.e, Khedira has 12 months on his contract left, however, I'm still required pay a little bit above market value in order to get him (even though I'm told by my scout I should be able to secure him for about 60% of his market value). Seems to be like this with all players whose contracts are coming to an end. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Although it would be possible, it's 10 times easier to just start over/end the career yourself.

Would you please download V3 Beta 2 (uploaded today), also bugged me a lot. Also done a few other fixes.

what is the big diffrence between 2.0 and the new beta ???

also everytime i start a career i have to shortlist a lot of players it takes about 30 minutes to finish doing it is there a a way to start a career and find those players there ??? all of them are young players with great potentiel

Improvements for gameplay.
Will also release new sliders (to reduce errors/better handling..).

I'm not a big fan of the shortlist feature:
- Sometimes players disappears (e.g. when contract running-out, on loan, etc.)
- Really slow and also not easy to sort (e.g. on position/country, etc.)

What I recommend is to use the global scout lists instead.

another interesting thing would be to create a random parameter for promising players with low reputation that are written down ... in fact, I think at least for the series A Cuadrado Dybala Perotti came for very little money
