found a little problem when i try to sign a new player i offer him a contract and he reject the contract saying that he es happy with his current team

For each individual user, this is not as much of a problem as you can always change those things around during your season and, let's say, focus on growth for young players in the first half and then for older players during the second half of the season. Game
- Fast game boot! (No language select, etc.)
- Added some speedups to let the game run smoother on high hardware

- Enabled & tweaked player moves and camera's!

- Higher player values (Suarez moved to Barca for 66 Million!)
- More club activities, almost every club will take a look at the transfer marked (loan/list players)
- More realistic league rankings
- More clubs will bid on your players
- Short loan increased to 5 months instead of 3
- Teams will take better look at players, before buying and visa versa
- A player will stay longer at a club and will try to move to a club if better than current
- Low teams will have to be smart, they can't longer sign high salary players
- More activities from foreign clubs

Player Growth
- More players will grown during season
- More focus on youth players grown
- Keepers will better grown
- Less negative grown (especially for older players)

And more unlisted tweaks! This mod aims to improve the overall and fun when playing FIFA 14. There is always space for improving this patch, so please tell me what you do or not like and what could be added. :)

Installation
Download Latest FIFA_14_BCP_Installer and follow the installer steps.

Remember this mod is only compatible with the FIFA 14 Origin version and should be updated before installing these mods!

Can this work for FIFA 13?

@beta: No idea to be honest. That's why I'm not creating a patch. :D

You'd really have to do some testing with different values. That's the only way to determine the best stats that allow a better growth than vanilla Fifa, but also don't mess up anything like CPU player growth.

Yeah, it's a bit difficult, I'm going to try with these values and waiting for replies. :)

Released 3.5RC4: lot of fixes to files and the database. :)
Thanks to feedback from EasyMore these fixes are now included. I also found out that exiting the career mode on the first day and re-enter the game again, the pre-contract values are working correctly. :S
I tried to solved this, but no solution found yet. But for now this is a workaround. It is only needed for the first season thought. :P

Played the latest version (V 3.5RC3), and I must say that I am very pleased with the players degrowth, could be a bit faster but I can tweak that on my own.

Secondly players grow way to fast. I've had 3 friendly matches and Gabriel of Villarreal went up +2 in rating (grew +4 in tackling and marking). Alot of CPU players only in reactions, they go from 70+ reactions, positioning, interceptions, vision, aggresion (basically mental stats) to 80 or sometimes 90.

And thirdly ( this is an older issue, but I'm posting it now) -- Teams ask me way more money for their players. I had this GK from Aston Villa, who was in his last 11 months. I was suggested to bid 1.5 milions (his value was 2.8). They replied that they want 3.1 milions. They even refused a 3 milion offer, they want 3.1.

Another example. I wanted to buy Hazard (his market value was about 60 milion pounds), but Chelsea asked me 90 milion euros. I offered 75, they asked me 90 milions. I offered 85 milions, still asked 90 milions.

Basically CPU tend to overprice their players, in any circumstance, even if they run out of their contract or not. They do not accept bids that are a bit lower then what they ask, they specifically ask that sum and wont give up on it.

Excepting all that the game is way better, it's a clear thing that the mod evolved since a few patches ago, and I think it demonstrates your hard work on the mod. Keep the work, you're doing good.

It's not a bug or a problem...Maybe you're team is too low in reputation (low stars) so you can try to give him a better role in the team or better salary...Or just give up :p

Well many tries are needed to find that.
But I think they should be near of what they are now, because the game is designed around them. So changing them too much can probably break the system. I don't know if it's really needed to change Y values...

What is really needed to have a better growth than vanilla ? Because for me the biggest problem was old players fast depreciation.
And actually maybe a smoother growth, because some players seems to win too much too fast. (I haven't yet tested 3.5RC4)

Oh and you should add useful things to know on rna.ini tweaks like how to have substitution cams back, default camera ect... in a FAQ (or commented in rna.ini), because it's not easy to search into 50 pages to find it xD

Keep MAX_MONTHLY_ATTRIB_GROWTH at 1, this way players will only get +1 on their stats every month. Using a higher value makes them grow too fast.

Hello,
My feedback is a little bit like Drogba12 if you bid on a player of 2 mil and they ask 3.4 mil well i mostly bid on 3 mil or something but they wqnt the 3.4 mil so hope this can be tweaked.
Hope you can work on the playasplayer files because i want to leave the club but first i need to ask it 4 times if i can have a transfer but they reject after the 5 they accept so then there is almost 2 weeks gone before you get a transfer it's to long i think if you coul't do this to 3 asks and then they give a transfer would be more realistic

Does this patch affect free agents player's in some sort, because all players from free agents in DB does not show when i start a carerr mode?!

3.5RC4 is very good, your mod is getting better with every update. Players grow better now, but they all grow differently. Some grow fast, while others barely grow at all, especially young players with small overalls.

Also older players don't loose their attributes quickly anymore, so that's good.

beta i starting a player career not manager and i found out that whenever my manager told me that i'm up for the next match but still it only appeared 'sim match'..i can't play any match..currently using v3.4 and does this problem because of mixing moddingway with your patch?

Don't install the DB during installation.

actually i don't understand what this means

Because there where a few issues, I decided to push V3.5 a bit earlier:
- Fixes to database (pre-contracts > more players added, removed empty id's, etc.) > Thanks to EasyMore for reporting bugs!
- Set fitness recovery higher
- Playergrowth changes for young and older players
- Transfer improvements
- Clean-ups & improvements to almost every file

There where a few things that I had to change to keep the game from messing things up:
- Changed back min. scouted player age to 16, as this is the minimum value that can be set in the database. I would like to set this back again to 15, but this (may) cause compatible issues with other databases

- Added a warning text to the first game start when starting a new career:
I've found out that for some reason the game starts at the wrong year (2008?) in the first season, but this should be 2013. When exiting the game at the first day (after you saved for the first time) and enter it back again, the game is in 2013.

If you don't perform the task above, this will lead in errors in (pre-)contracts! This workaround is only needed once (when creating a new career), so it's not a big issue. However I will try to find a (better) solution, but for the moment this workaround is the only way. ;)

A big thanks and credits goes out to BlackEmperor & XKBlade that solved the playergrowth problems!
Let me know if the new growth-system is working or if it needs any more improvements in the next (beta) version. :)

No crashes here (season 3 >), what team are playing with? What season? What version are you using?
Anyway, there is an uninstaller, just go to your Control Panel, Add/Remove programs ..

I only know that players who are free agents at the start of the season automatically join a club right at the beginning. At least the good ones do so. No idea if you can turn it off.
