FIFA 14 Better Career Patch

I have a question. I'm using the mod for a long time now and I kept updating it and in the previous versions the youth players were better, I mean the potential is the same, but they don't come out anymore on May with an overall better than 70. Before they were having 70+, I had a CM in May with 83 overall at 20 years. Now, most of them are having overall in range of 60-70. Is there something I could edit to make my youth players come out of the youth team with higher overall as before?

Thanks for the new version, gona test it today to see the changes, and for new versions, just take your time, if you have thing's in real life they shoud not suffer because of this, just take your time!?

Correct. I have set this lower, for better grow. If you sign them, they will have a higher value like 70/72 (some of them).

No. When your DB is changed, that's when you need to start a new career. but this mod are only .ini files so don't worry.

Is there a way to edit the retirement age thing? Most players retire at 30 and i'm sick of this horsecrap. Already edited the playerretirement.ini in dlc but nothing happens ingame. I want the minimum retirement age to be 34 at least. Can anybody help please?

No. When your DB is changed, that's when you need to start a new career. but this mod are only .ini files so don't worry.

hey guys I won league 2 with exeter city in first season and now when i get to second season i get 250000 wage budget,i increased the ratings in cmsettings.ini to "900" still no change also regenerated several times
I tried to do this with other career and it worked then.
Also how to increase wage budget or wage to transfer budget ratio,i mean for in adjust budget slider for 1 million you get only 30000 pounds,how to increase this ratio for eg. for 1million if havee to get around 100000 pounds.

The bull... is maybe because you don't like this patch. Wish is OK, but if you have some suggestions then let me know.

no no, i am playing now without mod and the transfers sucks... so im looking for some mod, thats why i asked you that... bcause career mode its a little pussy and you change something and everything goes to hell

To be honest, not know how to stop players from retiring at age 30~. I sometimes have those players, but with V3.1 they should retire like at age 34~.

See rna.ini, and remove the following lines:
