Couldn´t test it as much as i wanted, but the version seems to be at least stable.
I like the changes you´ve made.

Regarding the playervalues. It seems Fifa has problems to use the line "international reputation" properly.
Thats also the reason, why Fifa dont use those lines.

Pls also decrease the max value for the wanted fee in transferteamdecision.ini
Even though you´ve changed the currency in playervalues to EUR, Fifa still default to GBP.

Maybe also decrease the MAX_PLAYERS_POSITION_ATTACK in transfer.ini to 8 instead of 10.
Might help with the "problem" that cpu topteams buy a lot of players, without a really need.

I told you before, that i dont like the matrix db. I get much better results with my edited moddingway database.

I have to go with Ivsa on this point. As Vela has high potential value, i see this as a quite realistic transfer.
Also dont see the problem with Pogba and FCB ?! But of course you can changethe value for teams in competition, to avoid such transfers.

Im working atm on an updated database with many potential and overall values edited. I´ve allready run some tests and had to recognize, the better the db is, the better are the cpu transfers.
Just because of the fact, that they have a wider range of players to choose.

Regarding the negative GK growth,......pls try following:

PLAYERGROWTH_NEGATIVE_FACTOR = 0 (in playergrowth.ini)

Don't use RM14 myself, so sorry can't answer this. If you installing Moddingway, this will indeed overrule RM14. But it should work fine without Moddingway.
Maybe it is better to answer your question in the RM14 topic. :)

Regarding increasing number of friendlies as I wrote for some leagues even 10 works, but for others game will crash when creating new season or new career.

Yesterday I have found great set of sliders and I can tell that with that set players are really active and are really tired after match. This would potentialy lead to restore default fitness model because in career mode you may face difficulties with tired players (with that sliders some of my players finished game "on red" which was not possible to acheve before)
Sliders with explanation you can find on youtube- user Matt10L
Designed for legendary but found it useful for WC too.
I'm writting this because I realized that some good results (in terms of gameplay) can be achieved without editing files....

Hi all!
Beta, I wrote before about not being able to set all regen players to the age of 16, even if I changed the values in playerretirement and cm settings, so please, if you could take a look at it in a future release I would be gratefull.
Also, the players don't seem to be growing right, with physicall atributes not growing at all for a long time, while the rest of attributes grow.
, but that seems to be a problem with the game itself, not your mod.

I edited scouts.ini and players have higher potential...but i'm interested in what do i need to edit starting overall...what lines to edit to change their starting overall to 65-70 ?

After I played a couple of hours with the playergrowth.ini, I managed to partially solve one of the big issues -- CPU old players no longer descrease normaly. With the configuration I will post below, Frank Lampard dropped 2 points in overall, Puyol went from a 83 to an 81, Stevie Gerrard looses 1 or 0 points in overall. That being said, younger players (age 28 or so), also descrease, sometimes even more then the older players.

That being said, ill post the configuration, in the hoping that mabye you can do something good with it, its no way near perfect, Ill have to do a little bit of tweaking, but it should atleast make older players usefull.

At first thanks for all the suggestions. I pushed V3.1RC4 tonight, not all suggestions that you posted have made it, but I will try to add them before the end of the week. :)

Changelog V3.1RC4:
- Changes to playergrowth.ini: less negative grow, more positive grow for youngsters
- Changes to transfer*.ini: less player movements that are only one season at a club, more change of moving when the new club is better/less moving when the new club has less rating than the current one, etc. Result: better transfer movements hopefully
- Better simresults and managerai
- Better/higher fitness
- Removed Disable International Jobs, because it did not work. Will take a look if it can be added again when fixed.

Let me know what you think, I would like to release V3.1 as final before the end of this week. :D

Will only refer to the transfers. I saw some nice transfers and its almost perfect, but is it just me again facing less transfers for the last 10 hours in transfer period?!

The rest seems fine and stable.
Couldn´t test the playergrowth yet.

Just an quick reply: I really would like the 10 hours would be 24 hours instead. Because of the changes, the CPU needs more time to calculate transfers (e.g. club budgets, searching teams, etc.). When you look at the overal transfer-window there are (better) transfers happening and almost every team seems to bought/sell one (or more) of their players. :)

I tried to increase the hours > crash.. :(

Hi beta! Haven't tried the newest version first but regarding the youth squad. Enlarging it doesn't do anything. I tried making it 20, it didn't crash but the 17th onwards doesn't appear in the academy and the message that says you've reached the maximum number doesn't appear. So we I guess we can't expand the youth academy size.

For people who're asking about the OVRs of your youth players. You should promote them after May 1. That's when their OVRs really jump higher and let them stay there as long as possible if you can. In fact, I made my scouts.ini youth range from 13-18 coz I think 19 year old is too old for youth academy. :-)

About scouts, I do the same. Or I just let them in the youth scout for a few years/max. possible.

Yes, it is. But have little time at the moment, it's a line in rna.ini that can be added to just skip it.

I only edit the game to remove game cheats, like the CPU/AI that's sometimes would get a boost out of no ware, or CPU/AI not doing any tricks/attracting/goal-shooting, etc. I also want to speed-up the game, not in tempo, but like throw-ins, etc. Also added a few cam (changes), etc. So not that much of game-playing style. ;)

However I'm also searching for gamesliders, and will definitely will try Matt10L sliders. :)

PS. You could always increase the fitness if you want. ;)

Done changes to playergrowth, please check if it is better now.

@all: released V3.1 as stable. Have more time next week, because of heavy schedule. But wanted to release this version before the weekend.

Is there a way to edit the retirement age thing? Most players retire at 30 and i'm sick of this horsecrap. Already edited the playerretirement.ini in dlc but nothing happens ingame. I want the minimum retirement age to be 34 at least. Can anybody help please?

has to be done with caution it seems. As I've stated earlier, I've changed PHYS_P1_Y to 110 (decreased it to 90 after some time). Everything was good and all, until I've reached May in my season. In the May update, the young players of CPU teams got huge updates. Players like Erik Durm from Borussia Dortmund had pace in the 90's suddenly or Dribbling in the high 80's or Paulo Dybala from Palermo was suddenly 15 Mio € worth and had stats accordingly.
