Fifa 13 Players decreasing too quickly

Hey guys!
So I think there have been a lot of guys wondering how to make the older players like Ibrahimovic,Terry,Vidic,Gerrard and so on,to decrease slower.
I am asking you,Is there a mod or something that makes them decrease slower ?
I think everyone wants to play with the "older" players in the Career Mode,but since they decrease so fast,you can't even play them that much.
Is there a solution ?

I changed their age so they're younger and don't ever retire. But you can also edit various career mode values, check the Career Mode Tweaks thread.

That is the correct thread. I'm saying you should read it to find out how to edit values, so that older players don't decrease so quickly.

I found only one Playerretirement.ini.
I didn't find any growth stuff,so the players don't loose too much attributes.

There's a playergrowth table with positive and negative values, that's where you should look. I was able to eliminate all injuries in my career by tweaking those various tables, so you should be able to fix your issue as well I'm guessing.

I just don't want to bother you,but,please,can you teach me how to edit the playergrowth.ini,so the older players don't loose that many attributes ?
I searched through that topic and I couldn't find an answer :(

I experimented with injury settings and tested things until I found a way to eliminate injuries from career mode. Just do the same thing with player growth. Find all negative/decrease values and test them. Examples in the playergrowth table:

-PLAYERGROWTH_NEGATIVE_FACTOR
-MAX_PLAYER_DROP_POTENTIAL_PERCENTAGE

And in the playersvalues table:

You can see with this list that from age 28, the change is negative and continues to decline. I would start with that and edit it to maybe:

AGE_8 = 28
AGE_8_VAL = -3
AGE_9 = 29
AGE_9_VAL = -6
AGE_10 = 30
AGE_10_VAL = -9

Etc. Something like that. Then sim a few career years and see what happens and if it makes any difference.

I changed all the negative values with 2.
I hope it's gonna work :)
EDIT - It's not working.
Gotta try with bigger values.

Alright bangus.
I edited it so players like Pirlo and Buffon decrease only by 1 point/season.
Can you tell me what values should be applied so the older players DON'T decrease at all ? :D

Well,simmed like 3 seasons with Juventus.
Buffon didn't decrease AT ALL after 3 seasons.
Pirlo decreased -1 every season.
So from 87 OVR he is now 84.

As bangus said,you should look at age 28 and above.

MAX_PLAYER_DROP_POTENTIAL_PERCENTAGE = 0

Those lines are from playergrowth.ini.
