FIFA 13 PC No Crowd Only Crowd Voice

hi all i buy fifa 13 for pc

game works ok also commentary it download me cca 300 MB in origiin

but i have one problem i cant see any crowd i hear only crowd voice
and no crowd so WTF??

i have all low cos i have little laggging
