I just tweeted Abiel Haz (EA Sports Editor Mexico) and asked him if any South American teams, like Santos, will have the 360 face capture treatment. His response:

"Yes they will (Not Santos)"

There was a test in spain. Where someone confirmed that pedro,thiago and busquets have new faces. Now he didnt say if they where scaned. Also in the kinect trailer you can see busquets having a very much look a like-face. But i cant tell for sure.

Did you guys see aguero in the city kit trailer?? He looks like a potato with ears. But in the Ea fifa trailer he looks very much normal..And i know they scaned him a while ago. very strange...

The normal edition of FIFA contains the game only and as you say, the two premium editions contain different gold packs.
Special Edition - 18 gold packs, 3 per month
Ultimate Edition - 24 gold packs, 4 per month

Gold Packs are used in FIFA ultimate team!!

exBaller22, the author of those two tweets is one person. First he said those clubs including Santis will get new faces and now he says Santos will not. That's the thing.
Maybe the other clubs won't get faces either?

well neymar has a deal with pes. He is on their cover. So which means (high likly) that he isnt getting a face scaned. like ronaldo looks kinda strange. And messi as well who had a deal in pes 12. He looked in fifa 12 also strange.
