Du_oro, have you tried performing integration of one of the faces made for Fifa 11 in facegen? Cause that could be a way of properly converting some pre existing models that are close to perfect... Maybe with this and using the tween morphing option in facegen it could work

Sorry mate, the polygon definition between both games are different, even between the same head.rx3, in short words, we need to redefine the polygons in order to make it compatible, thats why CM12 have bugs doing that
