make folders on your desktop & copy the file to each folder & in each file use a different language & when you want to swap you can simply drag out & in & play.

Nice, works perfect for me in german.

I exported the .ini and changed all into 1. So i have the scoreboard in every match, very cool. Looks definitive better than the EA popus.

Are there user-made popus to come?

Yes, BUT:
i always have a "," instead of a "." when i get points in skill games. So its 4,000 instead of 4.000. I also have wrong units. Instead of m and kg i have feet and lbs. So we gotta fix this.

make a text file, write:

Save it as "english_us.ini" in Game\data\region. Then use bernds bh-tool to regenerate english_us.bh and choose english as language in game.

I guess you gotta do what i've written above and then look especially at

BROADCAST_GRAPHICS_CAREER_SPECIALS_LEAGUE
BROADCAST_GRAPHICS_PC_SPECIAL_LEAGUES = 13,39,53 //Based producers requiremnet, the PC_SPECIAL_LEAGUES has been changed from only 39, to 13, 39 and 53
BROADCAST_GRAPHICS_SPECIAL_LEAGUES = 13,39,53

Should be possible to add other leagues, you just have to add their League ID or whatever these numbers (13,39,53) mean to the list!

EDIT: I see you mean CL-Popups... I think there is no tool yet to use old .BIGs for scoreboards. I tried to use a fifa 12 file but it didn't work. But their filesystem is nearly the same, so it might be possible to convert them in the future!

Is there any other way to use these graphics?
I followed the tutorial and everything worked out, but some things are still in English, such as the height of the players, which is measured in feet and meters used in Brazil.

Some one can extract ESPN overlays files from FIFA 13 in order to use them on FIFA 12

Thanks, man. Therefore, fifa 12 scoreboards cannot work in fifa 13 at all???? WOW.SAD.
