For changing this pic

1.go to game/ui/imgAssets/banners/fifahub(if banners and fifahub folder are not present then create it)
2.pick up a wide pic of your choice and resize it to 520x150 with .jpg format and paste it inside the banners folder
3.Then rename the pic notfound
4.Regenerate the game and the pic will be available in game

Download this and tell me its working or not. Dont forget to regenerate

That's the problem.
Dont use i68 or fhl regenerator.
Use cm13

Open cm13, left click on tool and select Regenerate bh
I recommend to use CM13 for regeneration

i have problem, the wallpaper in language selection screen is oversized
i use torres wallpaper, and i have resized it 1920x1080

but when i open fifa, in language screen, the wallpaper is oversized, HELP!
