No, and fifa 09 too cuz from fifa 09 they start using other way for making,not only texture hair and .o file,hair and texture are made in other file not fsh or png,bmp and the eyes are not in the texture,they are in png file

It's Possible to convert Kits from FIFA 10 forum to FIFA 08 version..using Fast stone Photo resizer software however..
