for easy penalty kick
when during penalty u have to just klick '7' or LT or L2
then there will be marker just click shoot button in green region then move marker!!!!!!!

congratulations , but IM SURE you will be sad , when reading that you can NOOOT do this in a friendly match, tournament match, career match , etc...
Only in practise, (or before game starts , and you re with a player , and a gk in the stadium you will play.)

Why do people need tutorials for penalty taking anyway? I mean, the easiest way is just to go to the Arena and practice.
