You need to unpack it after installing v 4.0 the way the hybrid installer does it or fifafs. i think this is the problem, but not sure. I do not have this data from where I write this. I will get back later.

well if I am an idiot, then give clear instructions how you do it the simplest way.
Called step by step moran.

this kid is an idiot dont listen to him bakho.

simply install fidels patch to a new folder & all the files will be in a folder in the new folder you created before fifafs repacks the big files.

its much easier & it gives you access to all the files w/o having to search then export them.

download and install Hybrid (latest recommended)
go to:
CProgram Files\EA Sports\FIFA 11\Game\HYBRID
decompress product.ini (HG 4.0) tomorrow I'll explain (very easy method with one click)
open product.ini (HG 4.0)
edit, save EDIT: (for read only files mode problem, copy file decompressed on desktop)
compress product.ini (HG 4.0) tomorrow I'll explain (very easy method with one click)
install Hybrid with my EXE (i added the administrator manifest, and work with all operating system!!

well actually i have never installed any of fidel's patches into my fifa directory.

here is what i do.

d/l fidel's patch.
create a new folder.
install his patch to the new folder.
now i have all the files, not yet imported by fifafs.

so now i can test them individually or all at the same time.
the exe file just installs the files in the fifa directory & starts up
fifafs.

inside the folder where i install it is the bat file to install the patch.
only difference is i now control what file gets installed by leaving/removing the file(s)
from the folder.

if i need to decompress the file, i just use fm11 to browse to the created folder & it works as if its the fifa directory.

file(s) dont have to be imported into bigs to work.
the game exe reads from bigs first all the way to the main directory last.
hence the way the folders containing files works such as sceneassets & ui folder.

but what do i know, ive just been editing fifa for years.

not all files bro, some files must go into specific folders.
any ini file can be put in the root directory as long as you regenerate the bh files.

well ya guess i knew the no need to put the file .ini file back since the rna.ini is usually put in the main folder and it actually changes stuff..but its always good to make sure from the people who know wut they are doin
but am still having difficulty figuring out how to make things better..shot accuracy wise..but wont have to wait for long it seems..i dont really post much..but the latest gameplay had HUGE changes and its really interesting ! great work is being done here..keep up the amazing work guys.
