1. Open CM11 and go to the faces tab for example Loic Rémy.
2. Now remove the tick "Has Generic Face"
3. Now you can click on "Import 3D head model" under the preview window
and import the Rémy head.rx3.
4. Now do the same with the hair by clicking on "Import 3D Hair Model"
5. Now click on "Show textures" on the right side and import Face texture,
Hair Alpha, Hair Texture and eyes.

That's it ;)

Note: If the face is messed up in the window, just click on "Has Generic Face" two time
