here is my review
I played 5 matches all 5 minutes half length.
first started as Man UTD vs lesceter City proffesional difficulty.
first half
at the begining Lesc. was passing alot I press 2 players on ball owner to win it.
17 min - I attack from wing using Valencia. did a cross to far post and Barba was alone and scored amazing goal not from header but from back heel !!! 1-0
22 min - again wing attack by Valencia and short cross to Rooney who was in good position to score 2-0.
after an attack from Lesc. my GK holds the ball with his hands and shooted the ball directly. the shot was farther than usual. I dont know if you have adjusted GK settings?
35 min - after controling the midfield Barba passes the ball to Rooney(volly through ball) Rooney was attacking from corner of the box alone, Fletcher ran trying to be in good position with 2 diffenders but in stead of stopping in space allowing Rooney to pass, Fletcher kept running so the attack is wasted.
second half
it appears that Lesc. has no chance against Man UTD. all their attacks ends at midfield
53 min - I won the ball and started counter attack good passing from Valencia to Fletcher to Valencia then through ball to Berba and shoot but ball went out.
56 again I won ball in midfield and through ball to Rooney 1 on 1 and yes 3-0
67 now Lesc. started to press. they counter attack me from the wing and cross the ball awfully ( the cross curved out, that happened with me in other game, Nani cross also curved out !!!)
70 after messing around trying to keep the ball in midfield, Lesc counter attack me and beat Ferdinand. now attacker is 1 on 1 but Ferdinand chased and stoped him at the right time with a succefull tackle inside penalty area.
71 directly after that Ferdinand cleared the ball away trying to volly the ball to Valencia but Lesc. player interscepted the ball and pass it to anothrt player who shooted the ball from about 28-30 yards, the ball diflected and changed direction to the top corner and it is 3-1.
after that I did couple attacks from wings as usual. Berba could head the ball but went out.
the game ended 3-1 to Man UTD.
p.s: Lesc. City did not use subs !!!
then I tryed against better team so I chose Aston Villa (I played against them yesterday using V1 and the match was very tough and ended 1-1)
generaly this match was better than Lesc. match. I noticed my deffenders position themselves smartly.(Bent and another attacker was trying to move deep to receive the ball but all my 4 deffenders fall back holding them ++)
the game difficulty eas proffesional and ended 0-0.
Aston Villa GK was so so so good. he stopped 2 or 3 1 on 1 attacks. and some shots.
Scholes made great shoot after passing 2 players but the ball hit the post.
after that I played against Arsenal proffesional difficulty and ended 1-0 scored after 78 minutes.
now its Barca turn also in proffesional difficulty. the game was tougher than the others. Barca pressed high and did couple of fouls to prevent me from getting close. so Abidal was sent off at the end of first half
on the second half I changed my play from balanced to offencive trying to press against Barca 10 men. Barca kept deffending good and tryed to attack but I was deffending good as well and counter attacking them quickly.
it took from me alot of time since Abidal sent off to score (I think 81 minute) from header. the match ended 1-0 to Man UTD
finally I played against Man City in world class difficulty.
I can say that I controlled them by width and length. scored 2 goals in about 25 or 30 minutes. they even couldnt come near the center of my half till 65 minute.
they press too mutch from the begining of the match till the end like crazy freacks. Evans could win every ball from Tevez. my GK did a great job by saving 3 or 4 balls. also their keeper prevent me from scoring more goals.
there are many good things in this beta version, I can feel the shooting improoved, positioning is good although it needs more IMO.
weaknesses, yes ther are some. I think the big weakness is in player reaction after passing the ball to him in some ocasions. for example, I started attack from left back by Evra. Nani started a run so I can through ball to him. there was a deffender behind Nani but no way for him to win the ball, so I volly through the ball to Nani. while the ball was in the air, Nani suddenly started to decrease speed so the deffender could win the run and the ball !!!. in some other passes, the receiving player acts foolishly (either stop or change direction).
thats all I can remember for now, I think I will start a Manager mode to have a closer look and provide you with other feed backs. thank you again for your hard work
