we should give EA all the hard work that we've done and already posted on the internet for free is just ludicrous. EA made the game so if they want to add anything else by default then they can do it by themselves.

No, it doesn't mean. Probably they fired you but they kept or took somebody else... Also for me I will not be editer of the Italian database team but I'm sure there are other people making it.
Of course this is a consequence of financial crisis. It's better than they cut financies in this field than in programming one
