Thanks for those flag templates, does anyone know how I can merge one of them with a flag image using fireworks CS4? like elyaque1963 has done ?? Sorry if it's really obvious!!

open the flag templete and open the flag image
copy the falg image and paste it on the templete as a layer and make its blending option as multiply
