PlayStation is much better pc, game pc Not optimized
Games in my country are very expensive That's why I'm better crack.

There's a reason PC football market was heavily dominated by PES between 2006 and 2010, FIFA was releasing PS2 version for PC with eye bleeding content while consoles were getting the new stuff, and PES 6, 2008, 2009, 2010 were actually really good games, I was absolutely blown away with heel flicks, rabonas and diving in PES 2008 after playing FIFA 08 (FIFA 06 reskin).
But then EA made FUT, ported console version to PC and KO'd the market.

i also had problems with fifa 07 on w11 and this fixed my problems
maybe works for you too, just extract in fifa main folder:

Don't forget that PC games before FIFA 11 are PS2-ports... The game literally was planned to run on a calculator.

ok, I got it working in windowed mode, but I can't load the full match in fullscreen
