1. Open file master and open the file hierarchy of the Fifa 09 main folder in the left pane (click the triangle next to the folder icon).
2. Select config.dat in the left pane (last file).
3. select sku.ini in the right pane and export to desktop.
4. Open exported file in notepad.
5. Change 'windowed=' value from 0 to 1
It is just under this heading near the middle of the file...

5. Save and import file back with file master.
Fifa will now run in a window.
