FIFA 08 graphics problem

Hello this is my first post. Over couple of weeks, I've been trying to fix my FIFA graphics. 3 weeks ago it was working perfectly and than ever since i installed the next generation patch FIFA started lagging like crazy. I tried everything including driver updates, direct x... reformatting my comp and FIFA seems 2 be the same. graphics jerk every 6secs. Corner kick is the worst its like playing online with modem speed internet. I dont know what I've done wrong. I dont think I damaged anything because Counter Strike Source and Warcraft works perfectly. It's just FIFA 08!!!
