The problem is that Aguero had 2 different converted head models...looks like generic face
That's how it looks with FIFA 18 head model
For me, that's worse.
But how can I improve Aguero, when he used to like this?

Yep that's the perfect way of doing this in my opinion too.Heads are all from Dmitri's conversions. I'm just removing beards, skin lesions or wrinkles from the faces.

I think he means the 'year' section that's applied to the ID.
So in other words, you've converted the 2006 version (6158023) which has his long hair but no headband.
The 2007 version of Messi (7158023) comes with both long hair and his small hairband from that time:
Meanwhile, for 2008, 2009 and 2010 he also gets a specific hair variant, following the same template of using the last number of that year + Messi's normal ID:
He also gets a 2011 variant which is his standard FIFA 14 face, so no conversion necessary for that one:
There's some 2006/2007 variants available for Fabregas, Klose, Tevez, Totti and Lahm to name a few:
