what graphics card have u got on the laptop? They are known not to have decent graphics cards....

and no, laptops are not made for games...so it doesnt mean it should be able to run games that are out now.

I don't know what my graphics card is, but besides that, i'm going to buy a computer for my needs other that games. Games is a secondary need I have for a computer, so in that respect, EA is better, and I believe is smart marketing. Now if I was buying a laptop in Japan, PES probably work on any computer in the store.

I know that PES is probably a better playing game, but I haven't got that chance to find out because of simply that, so each game is fitting a marketing niche.

I'm not rich, so I have to buy cheaper laptops

Not for FIFA titles its not.

You can be assured that it wont be for Konami titles for a while either. Only probably 10-20% of the PC commmunity have the computers powerful enough to run what the next gen consoles will be doing. Companies would be crazy to convert their PC sports games to next gen this early on.

So for the past 3 years (2003, 2004, 2005), the PC version has not seen a great leap in terms of graphics. Will this be the same for FIFA 06, or will the PC version get a different graphics engine althogether? Im sure an old Geforce Ti 4200 can beat Xbox's Geforce 2x.

I have a question about the system requirements for FIFA 2006.

GeForce FX5600 256 MB
Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2
Pentium 4 2,4 GHZ
180 GB Harddisk :o should be no problem
512 MB RAM

So do you guys think I can play FIFA 2006 on this system?

And what about the release date? Some people say 26 of September and other people day 17 of October?
