i think fergie is getting all angry because it wont be man u celebrating this season it will be my gunners of highbury. amazing fact though i think he is unhappy because this will be the first season that he has no silverware added. his only hope is the champions league which is on the rocks because leverkusen do not lose at home.

Saying that was s**t and he knows it is s**t. He is master of cheaptalk.

Easy fellas. It's just mind games. I like it when these get going, every manager in the world is involved in them look at what those Italian managers were accusing each other of last week.

Ferguson is just trying to put more pressure on rival teams, which could lead to them dropping some points. It's worth a try, I'd be pissed off if he didn't try anything after all football's about more than the 11 men on the pitch these days. You can't say Houllier and Wenger wouldn't be trying it if Man Utd were top.

He didn't say this side is better than the one in 1999, he said that the performance in Deportivo is the best he's seen Man Utd put in since then, or possibly ever. I'm not going to disagree with him, if it weren't for the Juventus comeback.

What you read might not be accurate. I've just read that it was the Sun that reported what Ferguson said about Arsenal that puts it's fact/fiction ratio at about 40:60 at best. Especially seeing as Ferguson almost conceded the title to Arsenal this very afternoon.

this is not the first season that he has not won anything with man u.. don't take into account during the years of rebuliding we will start from the start or the EPL... there was two season that he didn't won anything the first one was back in 1994/95 season when blackburn won the title, their made it to the FA cup final but lost to everton 1:0.. the second was 1997/98 when arsenal won the double...
