Well I guess Lovin was right with his comments after the first game against Slavia when he said something like "I think we've gained enough experience from last season where we can stay in these games and not get blown out." Indeed. Four out of the five losses were by one goal only. With more confidence and a TEAM PSYCHOLOGIST this team would have performed better. The players must have some of the worst mental state of any players in the world right now with the way they get blasted by that f*cktard shepherd who just the other day before such a big match publicly compared them to sheep . Until he'll keep his mouth shut and keep those sort of comments in house the Romanian players at Steaua will not perform. Foreigners probably don't understand 80% of the bulls*it he says which is why Zapata, Emeghara and even Golanski have been good.

Speaking of Zapata, what a performance today, my goodness. If he keeps this up the man deserves to be headed to a really big club, he's pure class.

Zaharia has more than justified the money we paid for him with 6 goals, he's our second leading scorer for Christ sakes .

Finally, it looks like Dica is headed to Middlesbrough for €5 million. Another Romanian player trying to succeed in the EPL. I wish him luck if the move happens.

good game, we've had many chances. Zaharia, Dica, Emeghara and Golanski were really active, and Bicfalvi hit the crossbar few minutes after he got in.

Good positive result to end this disastrous year on. It will be interesting to see how changed our roster will be in the spring.

- Steaua loaned Habib Habibou from Charleroi, 20-year old French striker, pretty tall and fast (1mil if we want to keep him)
- we made a 1mil offer for William (Xavier Barbosa) from Botafogo (loaned to Vegalta Sendai), Brazilian 24-year old striker, tall, solid and with good heading abilities
- we are interested in Palimaru from Poli Iasi, he's around 20 and pretty fast plus he's been doing pretty well for them for the past two seasons; apparently we are offering Cristocea () to get him for free.
- Aris are interested in Vatca. it would be a good move for him, he'd get paid well, playing time, and maybe even some european action (Aris FC are a pretty good side in the greek league, they should get a UEFA spot this season).

Jucătorul Dario Fernandez de la Panionios , de 1.79 metri înălţime, 72 kg, 29 de ani, s-a înţeles cu Steaua! Fotbalistul avea contractul scadent în vara lui 2008, iar Panonios l-a vîndut în această iarnă pentru a nu-l pierde în iunie gratis. Steaua l-a achiziţionat pe jucător pentru 700.000 de euro, după ce oferta iniţială, de 550.000 de euro, a fost refuzată.

El va semna cu Steaua săpentruămâna viitoare un contract pe doi ani, cu posibilitatea de prelungire pentru încă un an. Fernandez a fost dorit şi de Rapid, însă acesta a preferat Steaua. Gruparea din Giuleşti oferise mai mult decît roş-albaştri, însă fotbalistul a refuzat gruparea vişinie. Playmakerul lui Panionios are deja experienţă pentru derby-urile din campionat, reuşind un gol împotriva Rapidului într-un amical.

I have a feeling Habibou will surprise a lot of people. Remember, nobody knew who Thereau was when he came and this kid looks to have tons of potential. He's started two games and he scored two goals for Charleroi this season. He came on as a sub around the 70th minute in all the other games except for three which means that out of 17 matches that Charleroi played in Belgium this season he took part in 14 (2 as a starter and 12 as a sub). He's only 20 years old, I think he has potential, we didn't get him for nothing. It's very similar to the situation Thereau was in when we snapped him up from Charleroi. He had only played in 4 matches and scored 3 goals while Habibou has played as a starter in 2 matches and has scored 2 goals.

Badoi, Zaharia, Cristocea and Croitoru are all out of the first team plans. This now leaves our roster with 5 midfielders . We better make some transfers or this will be a complete joke.

There's just no management, no player personnel, no professionalism regarding our club anymore. Becali has hired a bunch of clowns to be around him so they can do what he tells them. I mean f*cking Argaseala??? Who the f*ck is that? Ilie as a scout? What talents has he discovered?
