We are a joke, I don't understand how we went from being able to pass the ball and dominate in the first half to looking worse than a sunday pub league team full of fat asses that can't move. Hagi needs to resign or Becali needs to fire him NOW, he's ruined enough of his legacy and crushed our hopes already with his 'style' of coaching and managing.

Hagi has decided to resign. Press conference in 24 minutes. In a very early interview Becali said that Olaroiu is the only one that could manage Steaua right now

Asta nu depinde doar de mine. Am vorbit în drum spre Riyadh cu seicul mare care conduce clubul Al-Hilal. Apoi, dupa ce am aterizat, am mai avut o sedinta cu el si cu ceilalti conducatori ai echipei. Ei mi-au zis sa-mi iau gândul de la plecare. M-au si amenintat ca, daca voi pleca, voi fi suspendat doi ani, cât mai sunt sub contract cu ei, iar contractul nu are clauza de reziliere.

Let's hope those Arabs won't let up, one thing is for sure Gigi can't persuade them with money, they're freakin' loaded.

No we need for Becali to stop telling whoever manages the team what players to put out on the field. A manager cannot succeed if he's constantly being pressured by the owner to change his squad selection.

I actually have a feeling that Massimo is going to last until the winter break and maybe after depending on results of course.

I've had a terrible feeling about the match tomorrow the entire week now but for some reason my feelings have changed today. I have this feeling that we're gonna perform tomorrow and get a 2-0 victory on the road, I really do.

I am so utterly disappointed in every way about what Steaua has become, everything from the player attitudes, to their performances, to the coaches, the supporters and especially the owner.

It absolutely sucks to be a Steaua fan right now.

Iacob is an idiot, it's not the first time he does that. aside that, crap performance, I thought that Nicolita goal was enough to give us a lucky win.

Ha. It's so funny. Today's game was one of the worst i've ever watched. so boring. We had 1!!!!! fookin shot on goal the whole time.


We so need Plesan back cuz Lovin and Petre are junk, Surdu showed nothing yet, and our players look like their lost on the field. I'm so disappointed right now, the players need to wake up and realize that we need to step it up otherwise we won't even catch 3rd p;ace on the Cl groups..

Nevermind 3rd place in the CL groups which we have absolutely no chance at, we're not even gonna finish 3rd in Liga 1 with our current play.

I've been wandering, why the hell is Surdu being played on the left? Isn't he a striker? Is that now what we transferred him as? Isn't that the position he used to play at Cluj? I am so confused.

Presa poloneza a scris azi că antrenorul campioanei Poloniei, Zaglebie Lubin, ar fi ofertat de Steaua. Într-un interviu acordat ziarului Gazeta Wyborcza, antrenorul polonezilor, Czeslaw Michniewicz, s-a aratat neinteresat de preluarea "ros-albastrilor"

- Sînt cluburi care se interesează de dumneavostră?
- Da, Steaua Bucureşti.

- Glumiţi?
- Nu-mi arde acum de glume. Propunerea de la Steaua este adevărată.

- Patronul de la Steaua nu este mai comod decît Robert Pietryszyn.
- Nu vreau să plec, eu am de îndeplinit o muncă aici la Lubin. Vreau să fim campionii Poloniei, nu campionii României.


Contactat telefonic de Gazeta Sporturilor, Gigi Becali a negat la randul sau interesul pentru antrenorul polonez: "Nu-l vreau pe Michniewicz. Este o dezinformare a presei"

Yesterday night was an interview with Michniewicz and he said he isn't planning to move anywhere. He's under contract with Zagłębie till last day of June 2009.

But there's still the possibility he could lie...

When the f*ck did Nesu, Bicfalvi and Croitoru get injured??? I swear to god these guys are like dry leaves in autumn. It's pathetic the rate that they get injured.

0-4 good result , it shows what happens when the um 'football players' Petre and Lovin aren't on the field.

Zaharia with the hat-trick though, amazing, he's out top goal-scorer this season. Maybe that will shut up Gigi who said after one match that he won't play in the first team anymore . I bet now he'll go out and say that he's the best striker we have, what a tosser...

Good for Badea to get on the score-sheet as well even if it was from a PK as for Neaga, wow what can I say, if he can't even put one away against a bad Liga II team then he shouldn't even smell the bench in any other match.

Neaga actually played well, and gave an assist too.

as for Gigi, he did came out saying that Zaharia is one of the best strikers in the league.
