We have been busy as hell in the transfer market. We've already spend close to 5 million euros on players. I hope this translates into another qualification to the CL groups and a return to the top of Liga 1.

Yes, but there is no way we can compete in the CL with the current squad. We got some talented hot prospects but other than Neaga, I don't see an improvement in our squad. We got Badoi, who i dislike very much, we still don't have a good DR, Nicolita is not an option imo. We;ve been linked with Bellushi from River Plate whom at first seemed like Becali offered 16 mil for but then said he doesn't value more than 5. We also need a top notch GK and a playmaker like Elton who unfortunately prolly won't be with us next season.:nape:

Emeghara is a VERY good player, he's gonna make our team much better I think. Add Neaga to the mix and a healthy Iacob, Dica, Badea, Radoi, Goian, Ghionea and I think we'll do just fine. It would be a huge mistake to not bring Elton back though :nape:

Don't bash Nicolita either, he played very well in these two NT games and was showing signs of improvement at the end of the season. You can't give up on a player after one bad season.

Thereau will stay if he wants to (at least that's what GB says), but I don't think Elton will be with us next season too. Would really do good if we get Emeghara and Neaga to officially sign as soon as we can, and there are also reports that we're chasing some above-average foreign player, no names yet.

Oh and I'd also want Saban to stay, though it's highly unlikely.

I have a feeling Emeghara won't happen though which could leave us pretty weak at the back if Goian does go abroad this summer.

Olaroiu to Al-Hilal and Hagi in as the new manager. Just like that, out of nowhere :|

I don't even know what to think about this. I had sort of gotten used to the idea of Olaroiu being here long-term now he's gone and a man with absolutely no result as a manager will take charge in one of the most important seasons ever (winner of Liga 1 gets automatic qualification to CL). I wonder how long it will take before he gives up just like he did at Romania, Galata, Bursaspor, and Poli :rolleyes:

Meh, don't know what to say about that.

Though Emeghara signed a 4-year contract with us, Neaga also signed yesterday and Ilie will return on the pitch.
