we had very good build-up plays, nice crossing, created a LOT of chances, but failed to capitalize.
blame Adriano who on his own missed at least 3 tap-in headers.

ouir defense on the other hand must improve massively mainly with leading with counter-attacks.

Did you actually watch the match today? Porto had like 20+ attempts on goal to Man Utd's 10 or something. If you guys had a better striker, I have no doubt in my mind Porto would have won or at least drawn.

we are again playing great football !

last season we also started like this , then we got to play really bad. hope this season , we can keep this up and improve it ( actually start winning )

the players know each other better, Co knows the players better too, so I don't think they will "unlearn" all they've been doing....our attacking play has been really exciting, with brilliant moments at times....but we definitely need a clinic finisher.

what truly worries me is our defense, even if we can only really judge from the ManU match, since against Inter freakin Bruno Alves was playing :boohoo:
R. Costa has just arrived from vacations so we have to give him a break, Ezequias is new in the squad....and they were playing among a secondary lineup too....we'll improve, I'm confident we will.

I trust our coach and our players, and I'm really looking forward to the season start....

Is Quaresma your most valuable asset at the moment? That kid is ******* sick, man. I don't know how he'd translate his game to the Serie A, but I think that he's your best player.....your most Negro Dynamistic individual.

Do you think that he could be pried away from your club for like 8-12millionn euros?

I'd say he is our most valuable player, but together with Lucho.
Lucho was a fundamental piece last season for us, just as much as Quaresma if not more.

If Quaresma has a season as good as the past one, I really don't see us selling him for less than 15-20 million €.
his value will especially rise after we win this year's CL

The CL is nothing compared to a Dutch over-estimated funhouse tournament. Don't worry, I can't imagine CoA to start Bruno 'the ****-up' Alves, Ricardo 'I have no clue, baby' Costa and 'Calamity' Alan in one and the same team in a serious game of football.

Yeah, he was to feckin greedy to pass the ball to his two partners in awesome positions in the box.

He's one of the dumbest players i've seen, he's annoyingly predictable in everything he does and he gets shaky in important moments; he is clumsy as hell with the ball on his feet aswell.

He's far far far away from being an asset to our team, I have no doubts about that.

The only thing he's good at is running, but then again, all the other team has to do is to use a fast Side Back. If you want fast, we can get Obikwelu, i bet we can get him for a low fee, afterall athletes don't earn that much in this country.
