Are you fucking kidding? Pique has never reached a level in his career where Boateng is right now. Benatia is at Pique's peak (which was several years ago), and Alaba is a completely different animal.

E: That was just one example of what Boateng has been doing since Pep arrived at Bayern. The man is incredible. I'd put him up there with any CB in the world and he has a real argument for being the top guy at his position. Benatia was regarded near that top class before he got to Bayern, and indeed he is incredibly good, but Boateng is a clear level above.
