What do you want them to do? The only rule he's actually breaking (being annoying unfortunately doesn't count) is postboosting, which is not a ban-worthy offense. Actually, postboosting has been tolerated here for a few years now because of how low activity has become. I assume the mods are encouraged to try and retain new members instead of push them away.

I'd be glad if he gets banned, though. Since he's annoying and it sets a precedent that would allow me to complain when the veteran irritants do the same thing.
