Didn't get to see the match, but really happy for the result. About time Titi and Iniesta scored. Obviously it's always good to see the youngsters do well too. On to the next one.

Barça end the match with 9 players from la masia, ******* awesome. That is even better than Cruyff dream (all players from youth teams + the best of the world in every position)

don't think you missed much ... it was a much more composed performance, though that has as much to do with the fact that we got some luck and made it count -- 3 of the goals had a touch of fortune about them: Rafa Márquez's long ball was not well handled by the Racing defence, and the ball fell kindly to Iniesta, who did well to finish; then Titi's freekick went straight at the wall, but it was a shoddily set up wall, which left a gap for the ball to squeeze through, and which thus left the keeper helpless; Thiago's goal saw some excellent close control from Messi to set it up, but the ball evaded the Racing keeper via a deflection, and replays suggest the keeper would have had the original shot covered ... when this Barcelona are in the lead, they find it that much easier to be in control ... goals kept coming at regular intervals, and so there was no doubt whose day it was going to be ... but despite 3 of the 4 goals being a little lucky, a 4-0 win will always give confidence to a side ... sometimes, a timely injection of confidence can make a huge difference ...

Stuttgart also hit form against Köln this weekend, and so will be hopeful of giving an injury-hit Barcelona a good test ... for Barcelona, a lot will depend on team selection on Tuesday, and who is / will be available ... regardless, I expect that this team has enough and more to keep a clean sheet, and bring home 2 away goals ...

Hopefully, he will see some similar scenes very soon again.

btw, Atletico lost their game yesterday. They play one good game in a year, and that's against Barca at home.

Some people criticize Messi's display as of late. But I think he's doing a wise job, he plays simple ,effective and avoids unnecessary dribbles because defenders don't hesitate to tackle him. The last thing Barca needs is his injury.

^ well, not so much crap as not learning from our mistakes ... I pretty much summed up my thoughts in the first post on this page ... we got lucky at key moments, and they proved decisive ... as Cruyff said, don't let the final score fool you ...

Do you think you play much faster without Ibra? Through balls work perfectly in that situation because Ibra's not that fast and he normally holds the ball (he's not an one touch player), It's hard to do counter attacks with him.
