Apparently there were riots in Barcelona with some rowdy Culers taking on the Mossos d'Esquadra/Policia Local, can anyone confirm this?

RM fans must be feeling like **** after finishing 2nd with 96 points! This is however an indication that they're coming closer to the first spot.

Congrats btw. Was an interesting fight till the end.

(H) 20 lligas.

Went to Camp Nou and there were more than 98.300 people there, at least 110.000 because stairs were all filled, attendance record in years.

EDIT: haha Messi (H) ... and Dani Alves waka waka dance WTF!

nice to see Guardiola thinking in the next CL.

According Laporta David Villa its very close to sign and he can be presented this friday. Cesc will be the next one and unfortunately Yaya is probably leaving.

Villa its excellent!!!:33vff3o::33vff3o::33vff3o:

I wish he was like 26/27, but I think he has a good 4 years left in him... Messi+Ibra+Villa = :icon_spin::icon_spin::icon_spin:

BTW, Yaya leaving, its gonna be very sad for me. The only thing I would justify him leaving for though, its Cesc:biggrinx: We have Busi/Keita who can cover the DM pretty well. If Xavi and Cesc play together we will have 130% ball possesion and 23394948494 passes completed:innocent_smile_1::innocent_smile_1:

I also read in Marca, we were selling Ibra to Madrid and brining Torres, WTF??? Another champagne to distabalize our off season:sKIp_E:

Arnau

NGR LVR
It is not a champagne... Rosell is rumored to be attached to Torres and higuain. btw Ibra its in the market.

EDIT: If Cesc and Villa finally join us Del bosque can make the concentrations directly in Camp nou. Valdés, Puyol, Piqué, Busquets, Xavi, Iniesta, Cesc, Pedro, Villa and soon Bojan

Skysports are reporting that Cesc has told Arsenal he wants to leave. This is from Guilleme Balague - so take it as you want.

They beleive the fee will be £35M - £40M That's going to be a real hammer blow to Arsenal.

Why do you guys need Villa anyways? Do you want to put 60 millions Zlatan on the bench?

I think most of Barcelona fans are not satisfied with Ibra's performance. As I said last summer, Villa could be a better option since he knows so well La Liga and has consistently been in top scorers list every year.

With Cesc in the midfield, this team would be a monster.

btw, ArgVega, why Messi - Ibra - Villa? I can't imagine This team without Pedro... :(

Yeah I noticed Zlatan doesn't blend well with Barcelona... He's a GREAT player but he's not for Barcelona. Zlatan kind of remind me of us with Berbatov :(. I'm pretty sure he'll excel with 25+ goals a season in another team. 16 goals this season isn't that bad though.

I think he should be sold but can't think of any team which would want him. No point of keeping a 60 millions player on the bench. You better sell him than see his price going down.

Btw I think you guys don't need Ribery or any winger since you have Pedro. This guy has been a revelation and is young! Give him 3 years and he'll be better than Ribery! Ribery is VERY overrated.

I think he's already a better player for Barça than Ribery. He knows very well our style and has already clicked with the team.

I said for Barça because I don't know how good he would play in any other team in the world.

Zlatan > all the cantera kids combined ... and Villa too ... but whenever he plays, they keep sticking him up top, and trying to find him in the air for a header ... he is average at heading, but is a magician when he is allowed to drop back -- which is when he's provided some sumptuous assists this season ... stupidest plan ever to just stick him at the top of the formation ... I've always said that he's not a pure #9, and that he's actually more of a #10 than a #9 ... the start of the season saw a more fluid formation, and that's why he scored plenty, in all the important matches too, and assisted quite a few too; but as the season progressed, he was increasingly isolated in the middle up top ...

but I don't know why I am bothering to defend Zlatan to fickle football fans with very short memories (not just this forum) ...

---

on the topic of Cesc: that would be an excellent purchase; he needs to be groomed as Xavi's natural heir, and I suppose now is the time to start that process ...

I just meant that would be a crazy front 3. I predict Pep continues his rotations policy, so he would shuffle Pedro in for Ibra or Villa (Obviously not Messi). But yes, I would have Peter Pan in my team anyday(Y) It could give us another dimension too:

-------Villa----Ibra--------
----------Messi-----------

or

Pedro---Ibra/Villa----Messi

I agree I think Ibra gnext season is going to be alot better. He is a class player, and has nothing to prove to anyone. I think pep killed his confidence towards the end by taking him out and sitting him on the bench. Look at Tri-ti, he was crap his first season, then help us lift the treble. Pep can get Ibra back to top form, that is for sure.

@Arnau:
BTW it was already said that Ibra was gonna be here next season by Oliver. Meaning he is not on the market.

Also anyone hear whats the news with Hleb, I predict he is sold, maybe back to Arsenal for Cesc:innocent_smile_1:

Ahh yes you are right I misread, but Laporta said:

"He has a contract with us. We are satisfied."

But who knows what will happen. If they ship him after a season, that would be a stupid waste of money.
