Far cry help :(

I downloaded the far cry demo and played fine ... Then i went to play it again then a blue screen comes up and then my whole computer just restarts why is that... Sometimes it works sometimes dosent... Does anyone have a solution please i really want to play this game...
System specs..
P4 2.8ghz ht
80gig hddr
512ddr cosair ram
Radeon 9600xt 128ddr
