Nop, the player in River Plate is Gastón Fernández ("La gata" Fernández), but Matías Fernández it's not in the game in the original rosters, u will have to create him, i don't know if Easports made him appear on one of the patches.

**** I heard he is a good Player but I don't know how to create him!
