How do you make a good face? Wich steps, wich tools? For the beginners.

For colours use Variations and for making blending beatween photo and texture use Brush with Clear mode (about 5%) and quite big... work with it for some while and it will be perfect ;p

i am well instructed in maya, so i take the .o file and export it to rhino, from there i export it as an obj, and then import to maya. After i work on the model with maya, i export it as an obj, then import to rhino, then export the points, and when i try to import to OEdit, i get an error. Ive kept the number of vertices the same, all ive done is reshape the mesh... there's gotta be an easier way to do this. can anyone tell me?
