Facegen fifa problem

I created a face with facegen , i looked good when i viewed it in cm13. But when i enter the game, the face looked different like it was a generic face . I have unticked generic face, how do i solve this problem?

Try to do this. First delete all squad files. Then open CM, do everything you want and then click this:
File->Save ,when it finishes click Tools->Regenerate BH. That should make able that the face appears in the game. Greets
