Face editing!

hello
i hope that anybody can help me:
i don't know how to put my edited-faces in the game, so that it works? any help? i use Afs explore. but when i have putted the faces in and i start the game it crashes when i see the player whos face i have edited! help!!! i would be very happy if some one that knows how to do this would explain it to me?
