I will show you how to do it!
step 1: download O File worker (OFW) by Ludo
step 2: download Rhinocesor 4.0
step 3: install them
step 4: open the file you want to edit .o with OFW
step 5: Export to file as .3dm
Step 6: editing files .3dm with Rhinocesor ( This one is tricky you'll be a pretty face)

P/s: Use face pes texture for best quality .
