Off topic but, i'm working at a mall that's right smack in the middle of the street circuit for the upcoming Singapore Grand Prix, managed to meet David Coulthard, Nico Rosberg and Hekki Kovalainen when they came into the shop today.

They were all pretty friendly, and the encounter with Nico Rosberg was just interesting and hilarious, its a long story would type it out if anyone's interested.

With Heikki Kovalainen don't mind the distraction on the right of the picture.

With Nico Rosberg, you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure who i work for.

Coulthard came in with his wife she's really pretty, pregnant and seemed pissy so didn't want to bother them.

Kovalainen was nice really friendly did try shoes but didn't get any.

I'm try to make this as short as I can, Nico Rosberg came in and i instantly asked "Are you Nico Rosberg?" He went "Yeah, i was here the other day and I talked to you(referring to me)" I was like erm... because i wasn't there on Tues and Mon as well but he kept insisting i talked to him. So i just went along with it, he seemed kinda familiar so i guess he came in Sun.

I find it hilarious how an f1 driver remembers who i am and i don't remember him.

So he asked me to recommend shoes for him, he didn't like the one that i recommended he said they were too soft, I told him just try to see how it feels, so stubborn he didn't even want to try.

There was one he wanted but i didn't have the size of shoes for him, so i recommended another he said they were ugly. Than i said but comfort is the most important thing he was like well yeah. Than he said i know this is a bad question but how does the shoes compare to nike. I was like erm.. well depends but u gotta try to see the difference, he answered yeah i know its a bad question to ask.

Than he said he was gonna go to nike if he didn't see anything he liked he would come back, he came at about 850-9pm and left around 915 was gonna close at 930pm.

He didn't seem to come back so i closed the shop and all, lo and behold i was just seconds away from locking the shutters, looked up saw Nico Rosberg and his friend walking back and they were like oh man! I had to leave because i was already late and had to return the keys elsewhere and people were waiting for me to return the keys so they could go home.

Asked him if he could come back the next day, but he wanted it now as he wanted to go running. Oh well he than went to have a look at shoes from another shop.

Haha and the biggest irony is when he was in the shop he asked me for a discount.

I can't believe I watched the practice sessions on television for the first time. And Alonso, what a surprise.

Wow the sound of a F1 car racing by is just awesome, the sound is really deafening, watching them go past at such speed is just brilliant.

Oh and i didn't meet 3 drivers the other day it was Nelson Picquet Jr came in as well, thought he looked familiar but didn't approach him, he slight suspicion it was him. Saw a pic today of him in another store and i was right it was him that i saw as well.
